CHC22015 Certificate II in Community Services

Course Number: CHC22015

With this qualification the candidate may provide assistance and support to clients accessing a service or experiencing issues such as alcohol and/or other drug issues, or assisting people in meeting their immediate needs by providing, for example, shelter and food. Graduates can engage in short-term contact with clients in a crisis situation to establish a helping relationship and provide referral information where appropriate. Workers may provide ancillary services such as catering, cleaning, laundry, gardening and home maintenance.
