In most cases there are incentives for employers to take on trainees withing their workplace. For further and current information around these incentives you will need to speak to an Apprenticeship/Traineeship company who can give you the most up to date information around incentives and how traineeships work and also assist you in signing up a Trainee. FEC delivers all training on the job and has dedicated trainers and assessors for each trainee. The training is negotiated upfront between employers, trainees and the trainer and assessor with a dedicated training plan developed.
